REC will review the proposal on February 10. ### 2023 beam test **Yongwei Dong** introduced the consideration and preliminary design of the supporting table, details see slides on indico. * It's suggest to ask the CERN geometry service to better align the table and each of the sub-detectors to beam pipe. **Oscar Adriani** shared the experience from LHCf, and will provide the technical contact person at CERN for HERD's case. Further actions depends on the discussion with CERN people. * It's preferred that several reference anchors are implemented around each sub-detector for individual alignment. ### 2023 ICRC Call for 2023 ICRC abstract submission will be circulated to the whole collaboration by **PB secretary**. Final decisions will be made by PB next week. Abstract submission deadline is February 10. ### PSD trigger **Fabio Gargano** introduced the progress of PSD trigger design. **Jorge Casaus** replied regular trigger working group meeting will be resumed in one or two weeks. The PSD trigger related issue will be included in the first meeting and agenda will be coordinated offline. ### Next meeting Next meeting is scheduled on Wednesday February 15, 12:30 CET and 19:30 CST.
